Using best practices in community outreach to bring sustainable medical imaging and IT technologies to under-served communities and people with limited access to care. 

To sustainably advance the use of Primary Care Diagnostic Imaging and Medical Informatics to improve medical outcomes of underserved communities in the developing world through working in cooperation with Rotary clubs, districts, and other collaborators and advisors.

We are a collaborative team of med-techs and health management professionals serving the medical community.  Our team functions under the authority of the Rotary Club of Denton, Texas (district # 5790 which to build, primarily through the Rotary Club of Park Ridge, Illinois and District #6440 under Club 1779), but we offer our expertise to the greater Rotary community.  Our group is led by Herman Oosterwijk. Most of our leadership team has been involved professionally in medical informatics for nearly all of their careers and seek to use their expertise to improve the lives of those in underserved communities.

We have a strong history of involvement with Rotary International projects since 1999.  We have many successful projects provide the basis of  our expertise We pioneered installations of the World Health Imaging System for Radiology (WHIS-RAD), an X-ray system specifically designed for rural health clinics in developing countries and approved by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO). We have also provided Ultrasound systems and Computed Radiography (CR) and Direct Radiography (DR) integrated with Picture Archiving and Communication
